Organization of equipment, supervise training, delegate safety measures

Since working with Dr. Hickner in the polymer AM field, I have had the pleasure of being at the forefront of fleshing out and organizing the Polymer AM space at CIMP-3D. By bringing my expertise in polymer processing into the project, we were able to effectively communicate needs and safety concerns of the equipment to the other faculty specialized in metals.
